Please note - Free estimates apply to all repairs including console repair work - however inspection charges are made for consoles or hand held devices which are deducted when

Laptop Not Charging
Laptops not charging can be the results of several different problems.  First the battery could
be completely dead, if you have the laptop plugged in most of the time and don't allow the
battery to drain from time to time, this will ruin the battery and shorten it's lifespan to the point
where it may no longer work at all.  

Second possible cause would be a motherboard related fault due to a  failure of power control
circuitry such as the ic mosfet.

We have specialised battery testing equipment that can determine the state of a battery and
we can examine the laptop the determine is the fault is motherboard related or the battery iteslf
needs replacing.
